Milan, call to Lukaku who opens up for the Rossoneri. But for now Chelsea are closed to the loan

In the past few hours, writes the Gazzetta dello Sportfrom Casa Milan a phone call went out to Romelu Lukaku to gather information on the situation of the Belgian striker who is leaving Roma to return (temporarily) to Chelsea. A temporary return, given that the Blues have no intention of keeping him in Enzo Maresca’s squad for next year.

The Rossoneri’s first goal remains Joshua Zirkzee, with the dialogue with his agents which will be resumed once the Netherlands’ European Championship is over. But given the difficulties in discussing commissions with the Bologna striker’s entourage, Moncada, Ibrahimovic and Furlani began to look around. And Big Rom himself would have made it clear that he was possibly interested in the AC Milan opportunity.

The problem in this case too are valuations and formulas: Chelsea have in fact not currently opened up to the possibility of a loan, taking refuge behind the usual valuation of 43 million euros. Money that neither Milan nor Napoli, the other interested club, have any intention of spending for now. For this we will have to wait, perhaps even late August.
