Italian, Palladino, Barons. Three-way crossing for the coaches of Fiorentina, Monza and Hellas

The disappointment is still strong, burning. And it probably leaves behind the protagonists of the Florentine they will carry them with them for a while. The defeat in the Conference League final against Olympiacos was the most bitter epilogue possible for Vincenzo Italiano on the lily bench, with the coach who announced to president Commisso his intention to change things some time ago.

For his future the challenge seems to be between Bologna and Turin, with the rossoblù orphaned by Thiago Motta who could raise their sights in the next few hours to overcome the granata. In Viola’s home team, however, the most significant alternative today, as well as the closest profile, is that of Raffaele Palladino: in the next few days the coach will say goodbye to Monza and will meet the Viola management to define the details of his possible arrival at Franchi.

And Monza? One of the strong names for the Brianza bench, after the two saves signed by Palladino, is that of Marco Baroni. The extraordinary salvation achieved with Hellas could have been the last act of his adventure at Bentegodi. In the next few hours the coach will meet sporting director Sogliano, but at the moment there is pessimism regarding his possible stay. Also because Monza, in fact, has already put him in their sights.
