Sassuolo, relegation stops the second team project. Green light for Milan

Milan has many chances to play in Serie C next season with its under23s. Because the Rossoneri will be the only ones to submit the request for the second team, given that Sassuolo – another club very interested in a possible project – with relegation has stopped the process of trying to be included in group C. The bench will probably come entrusted to Daniele Bonera, one of the reasons for the frost between the club and Ignazio Abate, coach of the Primavera this year and who could say goodbye in the summer.

Sassuolo was the first team to be interested, already last year, with Atalanta and Inter. However, Marotta’s club had the problem of which stadium to possibly play in – all the facilities are occupied – and above all where to train, another major issue that would have been addressed in recent months, therefore preferring to remain like this.

Milan, on the other hand, aimed straight at the big target, making himself ahead of everyone. Now, however, a C team will need to present incomplete documentation to activate the “insertion” process of a team. The Rossoneri will have to present the request accompanied by a non-repayable contribution of one and a half million, without the certainty that it will actually be created. The rumors from C, however, tell how there are already several suspects not to register for the next championship.
