No Serie A for Luka Ilyicha midfielder whose contract with Troyes is expiring and who was targeted by the club in January Lecce and several Serie A clubs liked him also in view of the next transfer window. With a note appearing on the official website, Red Star of Belgrade announced the agreement with the player born in 1999: a four-year contract and shirt number 32 for the brother of the Turin midfielder.

These are the words of Luka Ilic after signing the contract: “I’m happy to be back at Red Star, I’ve dreamed of it for a long time. I have much more experience than before and I went through a period that meant a lot to me. There were good and bad moments, but I’m sure that today I’m better in all the senses. There was also interest in me from other clubs, but when I heard that Red Star was looking for me I didn’t think twice.
