Juve, Kostic and Iling-Junior expendable? Here’s who can become a technical counterpart

Juventus’ main nodes are in midfieldwhere the future of Rabiot and McKennie, two cornerstones of Allegri’s latest Juve, are yet to be outlined. First of all – underlines the Corriere dello Sport taking stock of the Bianconeri’s next transfer market – this should be the decisive week for the Frenchman. Thiago Motta is focusing on his former teammate at PSG and hopes that there will be a replay of last year with a new renewal but the situation remains fluid.

The point about McKennie and Alcaraz
The same goes for McKennie, whose contract will expire in 2025. The American is open to staying but Juve does not make concessions on requests for a salary increase. Alcaraz, who arrived on loan in January, will not be redeemed at the expected 49.5 million; the idea would be to offer Southampton a new loan but the Saints’ recent promotion to the Premier League could change the scenario.

Technical counterparts
Miretti, Nicolussi and Iling-Junior could become technical counterparts in some transfer negotiations or, especially in the case of the Englishman, a source of cash. Like Kostic himself, tied until 2026 but coming off a season decidedly below expectations.
