UEFA has announced the lineup for the Women’s Champions League season which obviously sees many representatives of Barcelona and Lyon, the two teams that competed for the title in Bilbao with the Catalans’ 2-0 victory.
Between the posts there is Endler of Lyon, while the back four sees Bronze and Paredes of Barcelona flanked by Carter of Chelsea and Bacha of Lyon. Surprisingly absent from midfield Alexia Putellaswho scored in the final, while they won the Ballon d’Or Aitana Bonmatì, who also scored in the final, with her teammate Gujarro and the American Horan from Lyon. Up front alongside Diani and Graham Hansen there is an old acquaintance of our championship in Chawinga, ex Inter, from PSG.
