The most beautiful thing about tonight were the stands: the public was affectionate and passionate, we demonstrated to everyone the passion that exists for football in Catanzaro. On that we have excelled at very high levels. Afterwards, I thank the boys: I did it individually, I also do it now publicly. They played a championship of great application and sacrifice. In the match, we were clearly facing a high-level opponent: beyond of the starters, there was an equally strong team on the bench. We tried to start strong, to do the things we had to do, but we found a physical impact from them of the highest level. We showed effort and difficulty, it took a moment slow down the pace but they were pushing. We need to understand when an opponent is stronger than us.”
