The disaster around Alexandria does not stopwhich ended the season in last place in Group A of Serie C, which earned them relegation to Serie D, a tournament in which the grays will play next year, with an immediate starting gap: the disastrous corporate situation and the and late payments, which were probably not yet fully paid and with the deadline of June 4th now upon us, meant that a penalty of 6 points was imposed to be served in the next championship.
With these premises, as we read above Tuttosport, the Mayor of Alessandria Giorgio Abonante, together with Councilor Vittoria Oneto, sent a ‘very urgent meeting request’ to the club president Andrea Molinaro, from which the administration has been waiting for the relaunch project, business plan and industrial plan for over a month. Also at stake is the issue linked to the “Moccagatta” stadium, in which the gray club still has some pending matters and where, however, the Mayor would like to retain Juventus Next Gen.
For the moment, No replies were received from Alexandria, but the meetings were set anyway, with a double date: the first this afternoon at 4.00 pm, next Monday 27 May at 9.30 am. Will anything change in three days?
