Three Ligurians ended up on the list of the national team coach, Luciano Spalletti, who yesterday released the list of those pre-called up for Euro 2024. They are Cambiaso (born in Genoa), El Shaarawy (from Savona) and the Ligurian from adoption of Retegui, Genoa’s key player.
The 19th Century he highlights with satisfaction the triple call in the top section of his first page: “The Ligurians called up to the blue team: Retegui, El Shaarawy and Cambiaso at Euro 2024”.
