David Strelec he returned permanently to Slovan Bratislava, who had taken him on loan from Spezia last summer. The Slovakian club has in fact activated the option to buy him and made him sign a contract until 2028. The Ligurian club will receive 1.2 million euros which are added to the 300 thousand already collected at the time of the loan.
The striker, born in 2001 in his homeland and in the club where he grew up, has returned to express himself at excellent levels, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists in 43 appearances this season. “When I came back in the summer I knew it would be good, I’m at home. – Strelec explained to the club’s official channels – The season went well for me from a footballing point of view, but I know that we can always do better. I believe next year will be better and together we will be successful. I’m happy to stay at Slovan, my home.”
