Premier League, Haaland confirms himself as king of the bombers: behind him are Palmer and Isak

For the second consecutive year the top scorer in the English championship is Erling Haaland. Despite missing several matches, the Norwegian has scored 27 goals in 30 games, worsening the statistics of last season, when he scored 36 in 35.

In second place was the surprising Cole Palmer, “discarded” by City and ended up making Chelsea’s fortunes, albeit in an uninspiring year for Mauricio Pochettino’s team. The podium is completed by the Swede Isak from Newcastle, who has finally returned to important levels. Here is the top ranking:

Erling Haaland (Manchester City) 27
Cole Palmer (Chelsea) 22
Alexander Isak (Newcastle) 21
Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) 19
Phil Foden (Manchester City) 19
Dominic Solanke (Bournemouth) 19
Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) 18
Son Heung-Min (Tottenham) 17
Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) 16
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham) 16
Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace) 16
