Foden Premier League MVP: “Four titles in a row, none like my City”

Phil Foden he was elected MVP of the 2023/24 Premier League and decided the last championship match with a brace, the one that gave Manchester City their fourth consecutive title: “It’s so difficult to say it in words, but we’ve entered the history books No team has ever done it and we can see what it means for the fans, what it means for us,” said the English striker at the end of the match against West Ham.

“We have worked hard to get to this moment. No team has ever won four consecutive championships before, we are the first to do so. I am speechless to be honest, and I am absolutely devastated. We have already fought until the last day and those experiences helped: today we simply played our football and in the end it paid off.”

The match: “The start was perfect. Sometimes you think you’re scoring too early but fortunately the second came straight away. I’m never bored of winning the Premier League, I want to relive this feeling again because when you win something there’s no feeling I want to do it as best as possible.”
