Serie B, Feralpisalò-Ternana: the guests looking for a complicated salvation

Kick-off at 8.30pm. Live, report cards and voices of the protagonists on TMW!

A thrilling last 90′ for Ternana: tomorrow, at 8.30pm, the Umbrian team will be waiting for the away match on the Feralpisalò pitch. Marco Zaffaroni’s boys, second to last in the standings with only 33 points won throughout the championship, have nothing left to ask for in this last rush of the season. Different story for Ternana, currently fifth from last with 40 points (they would now compete in the playouts), who must win and hope for a series of combinations to gain direct survival.

How Feralpisalò arrives
Negative trend for Feralpi in the last five matches of the season: three defeats, against Pisa, Como and Venice, and two draws against Cittadella and Brescia. Confirmation of how negative this season has been despite a certain optimism at the beginning of the season. Now there is only one goal left to pursue, to finish the season in the best possible way in front of their fans. Mister Zaffaroni will try to do it with Pizzignacco between the posts, a defense made up of Letizia, Ceppitelli, Balestrero and Bergonzi. Kourfalidis, Fiordilino, Zennaro and Felici should act in midfield, while the attacking tandem could be made up of La Mantia and Dubickas.

How the Ternana arrives
“Did I sleep? I hope to do it well tomorrow night. We have problems, but we have to find solutions, as always”. Roberto Breda began this way in the press conference presenting the match. Winning but also looking at the results of the other competitors: Ternana is saved if Spezia wins but Bari and Ascoli lose. In in this case, in fact, there would be more than 4 points between the fourth to last and the third to last, in this case Ascoli and Bari, would be relegated. In any other case, Ternana would play the playouts as fifth to last we need to win, Breda is ready to deploy the usual 3-5-1-1 on the pitch with Vitali in goal, a defensive trio made up of Dalle Mura, Boloca and Lucchesi. In midfield there should be Favasuli, Luperini, Amatucci, Faticanti and Carboni, with Pereiro who would act behind Dionisi’s back.
