Milan must defend themselves from attacks on their key players. Today’s edition of Il Corriere dello Sport also focused on Bayern Munich’s strong interest in Theo Hernandez. The Bavarians are crazy about the AC Milan full-back and would be ready to spend a sum of between 90 and 100 million euros to bring him to Germany. Theo has a contract until 30 June 2026 and currently receives around 4.5 million euros per season, a figure that could certainly rise in Bavaria.
Milan have not yet entered into the heart of negotiations for the renewal but could make an effort for one of their big players, arriving at more or less the same salary as Rafael Leao, who receives around 7 million plus bonuses per season. Much will also depend on Bayern themselves, who could sell Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid. In that case the Bavarians should fill an important void left by the Canadian, going for Theo Hernandez, who could also end up in the sights of the top English clubs or PSG.
