Everyone is crazy about Olise, Newcastle joins the race for Crystal Palace’s talent

One of the hot names for the next summer transfer market in the Premier League is certainly that of Michael Olise (22 years old), Crystal Palace’s attacking midfielder who has scored 9 goals in the current Premier League and on whom the cumbersome attentions of the big names across the Channel have been focused for some time… And not only that. There is a risk of a real auction involving millions of people born in 2001.

The Daily Mail today takes stock of his situation, underlining that Newcastle have also joined the race. Valued at around 65 million euros, however, he has a clause in his contract that could be activated next summer, in which he still plans to leave Crystal Palace and go looking for a new club that will allow him to compete in the Champions League .

Newcastle for their part won’t get there, but they are pushing at the end of the season to try to at least qualify for the Europa League. Alternative ideas in case they don’t manage to get there are Nico Williams of the Athletic Club of Bilbao and Pedro Neto, former Lazio player now at Wolverhampton. However, the two Manchester teams, Arsenal and Liverpool, as well as Paris Saint-Germain in France, are also on Olise’s trail.
