Vasilije Adzic is one of the youngsters Juventus will focus on starting next summer. The Montenegrin midfielder, born in 2006, is a starter for Buducnost Podgorica, a Montenegrin first division club with which he has scored five goals in the championship so far.

The Juventus club finalized his purchase already in January in view of next season given that Adzic is a non-EU citizen and, being still a minor, he could not sign for the Italian club. Different story in July: Adzic will turn 18 next week and starting from the next transfer window he will join the Bianconeri on a five-year contract.

In recent weeks, Mladen Milinkovic, coach of Budućnost Podgorica, expressed himself as follows about Adzic: “Both Jugović and Savicević had great careers in Italy, they were players of the highest level. Vasilije still has to become a great player and has to achieve a lot to get close to the level of these two greats players from the past. He is a mix between number 8 and number 10, because he is good both defensively and offensively. He was really happy to spend a few days in Turin and learn things about the club. He had good help from Vlahovic because they speak the same language.”
