Parma, Zagaritis: “I don’t yet know what future awaits me, but if I do, I’ll leave happy”

“If I leave, and I don’t know it yet, I will make him happy for a championship like this.” Parma’s left side Vasilios Zagaritis he did not say too much about his future during the party in Piazza Garibaldi last night for the promotion to Serie A: “We did our best, but it was our goal. We wanted to go to Serie A and win the championship – explains the Greek a 12TV Parma – I arrived when we were playing in the top flight, there were difficult moments and then I lived three years in Serie B. If I leave, and I don’t know it yet, I will be happy after a championship like this.”

Then there is room for his season which saw him on the sidelines for a long time with just 10 appearances in the league: “If I play one minute or ninety I still give my all, maybe I could have played a little more, but the coach decides and that’s fine. Best moment? I think against Spezia, it was a difficult match like the others, but we absolutely had to win.”

Now the future, with the player’s contract expiring, all to be deciphered with the agent Paschalis Tountouris who in recent weeks had not closed on a possible stay despite some market sirens: “As regards the renewal, we are open to listening to the club, we have an excellent relationship and fluid communication with the director, we are waiting.”
