There are still many points to be clarified, but in fact this agency would remove the decision on registrations for the championship from the Federal Council, providing for a binding opinion. It would answer to Palazzo Chigi or the Ministry of Sport and would be financed at the expense of the clubs themselves, with a total contribution of 2.5 million euros per year.
