Koffi DjidjiTorino defender, spoke on the sidelines of an event JD Sports. These are his words collected by TMW: “At the moment I’m focusing on the injury to get back, then we’ll see the future. The important thing is to get back on the pitch for a few minutes this season to help the team. I want to be positive, I’d be sad not to play again this year.”

What do you think of May 4th and the Superga tragedy?
“I lost a friend who played with me in Nantes, Sala. We think it can never happen to a person close to us, for me it’s always an emotion at Superga.”

How do you evaluate Turin’s moment?
“We’ve played well lately, the worst was against Frosinone when the game was wrong. We have to do better.”

Are you thinking about Europe?
“These are details, it depends on the matches and we missed a lot of goals. It’s the whole team that could have done much better, beating those behind us, but we’re still there even if it will be very difficult. We still believe in it.”

What details are you talking about?
“Maybe for concentration, maturity, looking for the foul… Even closing the games we dominate first. Every game is different. We have a young team, this season can help for the future.”

What are its goals?
“I’m sorry about the injury for the club and for the coach, as well as for my teammates because it’s not easy to stay out. When someone gives me trust I want to repay it. And when I can’t give it back I’m sorry, but unfortunately that’s the way it is” .
