Serie B, the Top 11 of the 36th: from Casasola and Iemmello there are 5 winners with 7.5 on their report cards

Focus TMW

There are five 7.5s on the report card given in the midweek round of Serie B. The ones who earned them thanks to their performances are the defender Casasola of Ternana, the midfielders Bisoli of Brescia and Luperini of Ternana, and the forwards Casiraghi of SudTirol and Iemmello of Catanzaro . In defense the unit is completed, in front of Vasquez from Ascoli, the eternal Di Cesare from Bari and Goldaniga from Como, while in midfield there is space for Elia from La Spezia and D’Alessandro from Pisa. Bonny from Parma completes the trio at forward, scoring the goal that wins Serie A. This is the top 11 based on the votes of Tuttomercatoweb.com:

Vasquez (Ascoli) 6.5 – The Ascoli goalkeeper was called into question little in the first half, only a few outings, but in the second half he performed a real miracle on Mazzocchi’s shot which kept his team’s hopes alive until the very end. Innocente on Tutino’s opening goal.

Goldaniga (Como) 7 – More than Pittarello’s physicality, he suffers from Cittadella’s long balls going over the rearguard which force him to run backwards. He still unravels some complicated situations but suffers terribly for almost the entire match. He hits the goal to make it 2-1 in the melee in the ninety-fourth minute which weighs like a boulder.
Di Cesare (Bari) 7 – From the tears in the press conference in memory of the playoffs to those of joy after today’s Eurogoal, a technical gesture from a playmaker rather than from a rocky central defender. He’s an ex, but the adrenaline is too much to fit in with the large crowd of those who prefer not to rejoice.
Casasola (Ternana) 7.5 – A train on the right flank, which is difficult to contain. The three Terni achievements arise from as many assists from him.

D’Alessandro (Pisa) 7 – He evens the score by opening the pot even though the angle granted was not very large. He gallops on the left out insistently and then comes out exhausted.
Bisoli (Brescia) 7.5 – The best on the pitch. He scores a goal and a half, demonstrating leadership and a sense of goal.
Luperini (Ternana) 7.5 – He started badly, losing Tait when he fed the ball to Odogwu to make it 1-0. He largely redeems himself during the match, with a splendid brace which, however, is not enough to equalize at least.
Elia (Spezia) 7 – Very good in both phases, he gives his best against the team with which he did very well for half of the last championship.

Bonny (Parma) 7 – Scores the Serie A goal, interrupting the abstinence that lasted from the match against Ternana. An angled shot of great quality that the goalkeeper can’t stop.
Iemmello (Catanzaro) 7.5 – He returns to the starting line-up and immediately leaves his mark: he narrowly misses out on Sounas’ invitation, instead picking up Vandeputte’s. He does another one, but it is disallowed. He finds it with a thrill from eleven meters, on the second attempt.
Casiraghi (South Tyrol) 7.5 – After a generous but not very brilliant first half, he emerges wonderfully in the second with a crucial double for the final 4-3.
